At Comical Games we're sick to death of retailers that charge a minimum delivery fee such that it makes buying just one or two items very expensive.

This is why we weigh each and every item and calculate a near exact weight for your order, which we then charge at absolute cost according to Royal Mail delivery charges for First and Second class mail up to 1kg. For orders over 1kg in weight we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels and again charge only exact delivery costs.

We're serious! If you buy a game that doesn't come with a box or a manual, we charge you only what it costs to send the cartridge! We do add a tiny bit extra for the weight of packaging materials, but its very nominal and we don't charge you for the packing materials themselves. Why? Well, we like to recycle good boxes and use them again rather than constantly buy new ones (and pass on the cost to you), because the way we see it, its just something to transport your goods in, you probably don't want it, and won't use it again so why waste money on a new and pretty box? In this way we help keep our prices down.

In very rare circumstances where you have made an extremely large order (over 20kg in weight), we may arrange to have your items sent by a courier and will hold your order while we contact you to arrange costs and times for this.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days for items sent by Second Class, and no more than 3 working days for items sent using First Class. We strongly advise paying the extra 66p for recorded delivery, as items sent by standard delivery are only eligible for a maximum of £30.00 compensation and this will take some time to claim.

In the event of lost/damaged items, please report these to us immediately using our email address on the contact page and we'll do everything we can to sort out the problem.
